Requesting Support From Colleagues

Many of us have strengths and strains at this time and can lean on one another for support. Are you a tech whiz who could help a less tech-savvy teacher review how to lead a Zoom call? Do you have a high risk family member at home to protect but would appreciate it if someone could make photocopies on campus or pick up groceries and deliver them to your doorstep? Utilize the Community Capacity document to post and respond to work or personal related requests.

Staff Collaboration, Share Feedback

The LLESD leadership and wellness committee welcome your ideas to enhance cross collaboration across grade levels, specialties, and schools during distance learning.  As we aim to foster positive personal and professional connections across our teams, especially during school closure, please share ideas of what is working well to connect your team, request what support you need, or express concerns to Wellness Coordinator Nell Curran (ncurran@llesd.org).
